Most heating firms will not put a number on a website. We think that tells you something. Here is everything we charge, including VAT, correct as of July 2026.

The honest caveat
When "from" actually means something
Your gas run is the wrong size
Older Bristol terraces often have a 15mm gas supply where a modern boiler wants 22mm. That is real copper and real work, usually between £200 and £450. We find it on the survey, not on the day, and it goes in the written price.
You want a bigger boiler than the house needs
There is around £600 between an entry level Worcester Bosch and the top of the range. For a three bedroom terrace the cheaper one is usually the right one and we will say so.
The system is full of sludge
A chemical flush comes as standard. If the water comes out black you need a powerflush instead, which is £480. We will show you the water rather than just telling you.
Whatever we find, the written price we give you after the survey is the price you pay. If we get our own estimate wrong, that is our problem to absorb.
