Start to finish
How it actually runs
Survey
Twenty minutes at your house, usually within three working days. We look at the existing boiler, the gas run, the pipework and where the flue goes. No charge and no obligation.
Written price
You get a single figure by email the same evening, broken down by boiler, parts and labour. It holds for 60 days.
Fitting day
We arrive at 8am with dust sheets. Same position swaps are done and running by late afternoon. Conversions take two days.
Sign off
We commission the boiler, balance the radiators, register the guarantee with the manufacturer and notify Gas Safe. You get the paperwork before we leave.

How long does a boiler swap take?
A like for like combi swap in the same position is a one day job. We are usually finished and running by four in the afternoon. Moving the boiler to a different wall, or converting from a tank and cylinder system, takes two days.
Will you make a mess?
Dust sheets go down before anything comes off the wall, and the old boiler and packaging leave in our van the same day. We hoover before we go. It is in the price.
What if you find something unexpected?
It happens, usually old pipework that is the wrong size. We tell you what we have found and we fix it. The price you agreed does not move.
