Privacy notice

What we collect

If you book a survey we take your name, phone number, postcode and a short description of the job. If you download the price guide we take your first name and email address. That is all, and we do not buy or sell data about you from anywhere else.

What we do with it

We use it to turn up at the right house at the right time, to send you a quote, and to send you the guide if you asked for one. We do not pass your details to any other company.

How long we keep it

Quote and job records are kept for six years because gas work has to be traceable. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe, which is one click at the bottom of any email.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email hello@hallowayheating.co.uk and we will deal with it inside a week.
