You see the price of the part and the labour before we do the work. If the repair is not worth it on a fifteen year old boiler, we will say so.

Inside Bristol, most emergency calls are seen the same day. We hold two slots a day back for them rather than booking the diary solid.
Is it worth repairing an old boiler?
Sometimes. A £180 diverter valve on an eight year old boiler is money well spent. The same part on a seventeen year old boiler with a corroded heat exchanger is not, and we will tell you that even though the repair is the easier sale for us.
Do you charge more at weekends?
No. The rate is the same on a Sunday as it is on a Tuesday.
